About Me

I became a certified massage therapist when I completed my first 200 hour course at Pacific Coast School of Massage Therapy in San Luis Obispo, California. I added a 20 hour course of Lomi Lomi, (Hawaiian) massage and then moved to the Bay Area in 1996 to study a 720 hour course at The National Holistic Institute of Massage Therapy.
I updated my studies with a 16 hour Deep Tissue Blends workshop in 1997 and a 20 hour Soft Tissue Release training in 1999.
In 2000, I became a Rapid Eye Technologist and Reiki Master. I enjoyed a successful full time practice in Orinda from 1996 until August 2000, When we made El Dorado County our new home.
