DSL: All DSL services have beeen fully restored. Some customers may need to power cycle
(turn off for about a minute, then back on) their modems in order to restore full connection capabilities.

DSL Internet Services have been restored for MOST DSL customers. If you are one of the customers that are still having problems, please e-mail us @ support@sierradvantage.com with your complete name and DSL phone number so that we can contact AT&T for further troubleshooting.

Due to some DSL customers continuing to have connection problems, AT&T is currently at our facility running tests on our lines trying to resolve this issue. DSL Internet service will be temporarily unavailable to ALL customers. Services will be restored shortly. Thank you for your patience.

DSL: Due to a failure on the part of ATT to correctly restore our DSL circuit, some customers
may still experience latency, or non-connectivity issues. We are working with ATT to fully
restore all services as quickly as possible.

DSL: As of June 26th, 2008 at 2:30pm, all DSL services have been restored.
