Jim Kessler moved from So. California in February 1981 and started Kessler’s towing with one old 1954 Ford tow truck in the foothills of El Dorado County.

With wife Barbara and some financial help from other family members, to help launch the start our little towing company we have become El Dorado County's largest full service towing and storage company.

We offer every state of the art piece of towing equipment on the market today with only highly trained professional operators.

Our big rigs have damage free under reach systems for all those late model tractor's with the plastic front ends.

Our flatbeds offer low, low load angles for those low european auto's, streetrods, and classics.

We also have 4 wheel drive trucks with dual winches for those off road recoveries.

We service all major auto clubs (except aaa). And we are the official police garage for the county of El Dorado.
