Thanks, Angels, for the Giants’ games...

July 30, 2008 The San Francisco Giants gave 450 baseball tickets to Soldiers’ Angels founder, Patti Bader-Patton. In turn, she gave them to our group for our Northern California Veterans… We distributed the tickets for nine different games to many veteran groups. We also included transportation to and from the game by bus, a Soldiers’ Angels t-shirt and money for a snack… along of course with our thanks for all they have given to us.
The first group of 50 tickets for a night game against the Chicago Cubs went to our very good friend, Brian Hopper and his group of Patriot Guard Riders, many of whom are Vietnam Veterans. They wanted to let you all know how much they appreciated your gift…
“Please tell the Soldiers’ Angels we appreciated it.”
