Lassen is located forty-five minutes east of Chico off Highway 32 near Butte Meadows, California. At an elevation of 4800' amidst beautiful evergreen trees, Camp Lassen offers both Cub Scouts and Boy Scouts a traditional scouting program. The Cub Scouts experience a theme-oriented program during their stay. Boy Scouts not only earn merit badges, but have the opportunity to face an outstanding C.O.P.E. course; one of the BEST IN THE WEST. Horseback riding, mountain bikes, and the fantastic and unique Lassen to Lassen High Adventure Backpacking Trek are available for the older Scouts. A large dining hall, cabins, wall tents, or adirondacks round out your Camp Lassen incredible stay. |

Day Camp is 3 days of fun for all Cub Scouts. They participate in archery, swimming, leatherwork, physical fitness, and lots of other Cub Scout fun stuff. The motto for Day Camp is FUN FUN FUN! |

Webelos camp on both Friday and Saturday night. We have Boy Scouts camping with the Webelos on Friday night to teach the boys camping tips and skills they will need when the become Boy Scouts. On Saturday night, the Bears, Wolves, and Tigers join the Webelos. The campfire on Saturday night is complete with skits from the boys, roasting marshmellows, and maybe a campfire story or two! |
